Allan Studios in Collingwood were a major studio in Melbourne. The studio was founded by Mark Allan around 1888 and continued at least to the 1960s. Allans Studio photos include Prime Ministers, actors and Allans photos appeared in many newspapers and today copies of photos appear in many photographic collections.
